Celebrating Matariki at preschool.
This morning we celebrated Matariki with the sharing of food, the children helped to prepare some pumpkin, Kumara and potatoes. We roasted these in the oven and enjoyed sharing them for morning tea.
The children enjoyed the opportunity to have a go with real utensils, peeling potatoes and cutting the vegetables.
